Island autumn: warm sea, bikes and ancient history. Glamping-style family homes close to the beach on a Dodecanese island. Flat cycling routes and sea swimming into late October. The Asklepieion, birthplace of medicine, and day trips to a volcano island. Flights via Athens, or seasonal direct flights from much of Europe.
Ballpark (estimate): homes about €4,000 to €5,000 per family per month, in line with our other 2027 European cohorts, plus the programme fee (€950 per adult) and the Kids Programme (€500 per child).

Slow autumn in the green heart of Italy. A small farm stay in the Umbrian hills, near medieval hill towns. Apartments with their own kitchen, a shared pool and common spaces. Rome and Florence are within reach.
Ballpark (estimate): homes from about €4,000 per family per month, plus the programme fee (€950 per adult) and the Kids Programme (€500 per child). A family of four (2 adults + 2 children) should expect around €6,500 a month all in, before meals.
